This form may be used to enter "Solving DC Schools Problems -- School Contest." Anyone, regardless of age, place of residence, citizenship, or affiliation may submit ideas for the campaign. However, to be eligible to win any prize money, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the National Capital Area. And to enter the School Contest, you must be a K-12 student at a school located in the District of Columbia.
